I like movies, too!
Last week, Jeff and I went to see Iron Man. It was a fantastic film, one of the best we've seen in the theater in a long time. The other night, we watched Deja Vu, which we got from our Netflix queue. I hopped on IMDB to check out the cast, and I always like to surf around there a little and see what movies are in the works. I'm pretty excited to see that they're supposedly (hopefully) making a film about the early life of a Vivaldi. It will be starring Joseph Fiennes (loved him in Shakespeare in Love!), and will be set during the time period when Vivaldi became a music teacher for the illegitimate children of Venice's courtesans.

I'm also excited about some other movies that will be coming out soon. Indiana Jones 4, Prince Caspian (I'm currently reading the book), and The Happening all look like they'll be good.

What movies are you looking forward to seeing this summer?

I generally don't see many movies but I'd like to see the new Indiana Jones one.

I've heard good things about Iron Man, but I really need to go see Indy first!

Ooh, I want to see Deja Vu, I think it's in our Netflix queue. Will probably wait for Iron Man to come out on DVD before watching it.
However, we plan to go see Prince Caspian while it's in the theatre. Loved the first movie!

I can't wait to see Prince Caspian, although I don't know if I'll brave the crowds for its release this weekend. I read it to my class, because I always like them to hear the book before they see the film, and they loved it. I think Disney is doing a nice job with the Narnia series which is a huge relief to me. (By the way, I'm here via CJ's blog, and how kind your picture looks. I, too, am a curly haired brunette with a passion for reading.)

I watched Iron Man with my husband last week. It was good! Haven't been to the cinema for a long time and I missed it! ;)
